Ordering a subscription food box has been designed to be a simple and straightforward process.
Choose your food box or food boxes, we are able to support multiple subscriptions as well as different subscriptions terms on a per-item basis. For example, you are able to order a fruit box on a 7-day subscription, a cupboard box on a 14-day subscription and an alcohol box on a 30-day subscription.
Once you have identified a food box that you would like to subscribe to, you should click on the image or text of that product to be taken to the product information page. If you click Add to Cart from a search results page, the food box will automatically be added to your cart as a one-off purchase and not a subscription.
From the product information page, you will see an option to subscribe and save 3% with a delivery every 30 days as default. You are able to click the 30 days drop-down box to make any required changes.
Once you are happy with your subscription frequency, click the Add to Cart button.
After adding your food box to your cart you will be able to start the checkout procedure. Depending on your device, you will have several options to reach your cart. If you are on a desktop, the cart will slide out from the right. Within this cart drawer, you will see a Checkout button. Click this to start the process. From mobile devices or our app, you will need to click the cart icon in the top right of your screen.
From your cart, you will be able to select your preferred delivery and collection choices. We offer a direct to customer delivery service as well as nationwide shipping via courier, and of course, we offer a click and collect service from our HQ in Andover.
Once you have chosen your delivery method, you will be able to choose your payment method and complete your order. to manage your subscription, you will need to login to your account and click the 'Manage Subscription' link within your account page.
